I come from a lineage of healers, both indigenous and immigrant to North America. Mindful practices that enliven and align the mind, body, and spirit have long been a part of my life. I found my voice for meditation, music, and storytelling while training as a Reiki Master, Women’s Circle Creatrix, 100hr Sound Ceremony, and through apprenticing with mentors. My private audiovisual creative wellness practice includes Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoni Steaming, Photography, Website Design, and weekly Meditation classes all based in Grand Rapids, MI.

As each year passes, I settle more into sound and light as a pathway to wellbeing. In 2023, my Kirtan band Chants for Peace released our first album and began to host monthly kirtans throughout West Michigan. Check out our album here called Aquarian Sadhana.
