✦ This package and services purchased under this package are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person or entity. This package is for YOU!
✦ This package and services purchased under this package are solely to be provided by your practitioner of choice at The Remedy House and are non-transferable to any other practitioner.
✦ Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in counting the absent massage as “used” for this package, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
✦ We reserve the right to revoke package at any time for misconduct on our premises. You will be responsible for payment in full upon revocation of package.
✦ Client must use all services in the package within one year of first session used.

✦ It is the responsibility of the client to keep the clinic informed of any current medical conditions or any changes in health and provide written permission (if under care) from a physician to the clinic before each session.
✦ If you have received an injection of ANY Pharmaceutical Drug, Vitamin, Steroid, or Vaccine respectfully inform our staff. A 2-week minimum waiting period may need to be observed from injection to appointment in order for your body to assimilate and to protect both recipient and practitioner.
✦ The client will come to the massage therapy appointment clean.
✦ If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, the client will immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.
✦ Sickness, both the therapists and client are vulnerable to infections. Therefore, clients and the therapist are asked to reschedule appointments when they are feeling unwell.
✦ Please refrain from wearing perfume or fragranced products to your appointment.
✦ Payment is due in full at the time of service or along your payment plan--cash, check, or credit card.
✦ 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
✦ Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
✦ Sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. Bottom underwear is to be left on during the session and begin under the sheets.
