Reiki Mentorship

I am a Certified Reiki Master and an Ethical Energy Practitioner through the Doorway to Self Journey Apprenticeship Programme under Rachel Leah Gerson. My Reiki style is tailored towards providing balance within the physical and energetic body. I take special care of the auric field and makes sure that proper energy flow is restored throughout the body which helps improve clarity, ease pain, and remove negative thoughts/patterns. One of my gifts is removing energetic blockages, particularly related to trauma or emotional/mental health, which helps the client move forward with relief and peace. I am here to guide, assist, and provide a safe healing environment to move through these emotions and restore that balance. I believe it is important to be transparent during my sessions to help my clients become aware of their own energetic spaces so that they become empowered to go into daily life feeling strong and centered.
