Sweating is usually at the top of the list for either favorite activities or least favorite activities. There are those people who work out five times a week and go into the sauna or hot tub as often as they can. And then there are those who prefer to stay dry unless we are taking a shower. Wherever you fall on this spectrum, it is crucial to know that sweating is an important detoxifying function of the body.
