How to become a Member

  2. Subscribe for monthly payment and receive a code for your monthly appointment booking

  3. For retail, at the checkout tell the staff of your membership and receive your benefits

  4. For additional service benefits, reserve appointment without paying and pay in person to receive discount

Membership Details

    • Monthly memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.

    • After the initial term, the membership continues month-to-month until cancelled.

    • The Remedy Collective is valid for 12 months from purchase.

    • Membership fees are charged automatically every 30 days to the card on file.

    • If payment fails, The Remedy House will attempt to collect for up to 7 days.

    • Member benefits may pause if payment is not current.

    • After the 3-month minimum, members may cancel with 30 days’ written or emailed notice.

    • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

    • All unused sessions and credits must be used before the cancellation date or they will expire.

    • Early Cancellation Exceptions:

    • Relocation more than 25 miles from Grand Rapids

    • Medical limitations with provider documentation

    • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

    • Unused benefits cannot be refunded or exchanged for retail credit.

    • If The Remedy House must cancel an appointment and cannot reschedule within the billing cycle, a credit will be provided.

    • Rooted Ritual: credits roll over 3 months

    • Harmony Plan: credits roll over 4 months

    • Deep Renewal: credits roll over 6 months

    • Credits are valid only while membership is active.

    • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that month’s session.

    • Upgrades and add-on fees are due at the time of service.

    • Members may freeze their membership for 1–3 months per year with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

    • Billing pauses during freeze

    • Credits remain but cannot be used until the membership resumes

    • Discounts are paused during freeze

    • Members receive 10% off supplements + retail.

    • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

    • Harmony Plan members may gift one service credit per year.

    • All other credits are non-transferable.

    • Memberships themselves cannot be transferred.

  • The Remedy House may adjust membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice to active members.
